For College Ready to be a successful experience with students, you as a leader must do much more than “just show a video”. You must be creative, able to organize and recruit a capable support team, provide a warm and engaging meeting place, carry out a high-quality week to week program, and establish ways to personally connect with students and their needs between sessions.

In other words, College Ready needs solid leadership to be successful.

As engaging as we believe the College Ready video series to be, the videos are only half the experience. The other half is the environment set around those videos by you, the leader.
